Fire Dues
Homes are billed through property taxes at a rate of 15 mils of their assessed value. The assessed value is established by the Jefferson County Tax Assessor office, with a $100.00 minimum.
Mobile Home Billing
$100.00 Each
Bills are mailed out Oct. 31st each year and
due by December 31st each year
If mobile home bills have to be rebilled due to lack of payment, an additional $25.00 charge will be added.
